Certificate of Housejob

• From experience people have been able to get approval with one of two kinds of documents. The first is Form F (Doctor’s copy) of the MDCN House Officers (Internship) Performance Report. It is advised that you scan the four Medicine, Surgery, OBGYN and Paediatrics. Each has 3 pages plus one other form like that. Scan and put all of them in a single Pdf file. After this try to go online to resize it to be less than 2mb in size. This is the most preferred.

• The second option is to get an Internship Certificate from the institution where you had your housemanship. This must show all posting done and dates.

Experience Letter

• LoE is optional for verification in Dataflow especially for residents but it is a must for MumarisPlus classification.

• While submitting your letter of experience ensure that it contains complete work tenure – date (day, month and year) of start and end of work, position held and relevant work experience.

• Also that should have letterhead, active email and phone number of responsible person for your previous employer. Without these your letter would experience delays.

• If you have worked in more than one health institution and you wish to verify all the years of your experience, you must submit each LOE and pay for each verification. However, if you are a medical officer the last two years of experience is most important for you to be classified as a GP.

Must I do dataflow before I start receiving salary when I start working in MOH? No. Most health workers from Nigeria who go to work in Saudi Arabia are able to start work on arrival and earn salary within first month without dataflow verification.

However, it is not uncommon for people to experience extraneous requirements before they are allowed to apply for Iqama, some were even asked to have Saudi council before applying for Iqama, but trust such demands are not achievable, and your insistence is all that matters.

To transfer your DataFlow Group report, follow the steps below:

• Send a Report Transfer Request along with your existing DataFlow Group report
• Pay the fees for the report transfer and any additional verification via the payment link received at your registered email ID

• *Note: Transferring your report from one entity to another is subject to Report Transfer Charges, as well as any extra fees for verifying additional components as per the requirements of the new entity.
